2014 World Cup squads: Algeria announces provisional roster - Vahid Halilhodzic's commitment to young players continued with the announcement of his provision 26-man roster on Monday.
Algeria's roster for the upcoming World Cup was released on Monday by head coach Vahid Halilhodzic.
19-year-old Tottenham midfielder Nabil Bentaleb makes the squad, just three months after earning his first cap with Algeria. Bentaleb used his one time switch to switch allegiances from France to the North African nation in March.
This is Algeria's second straight appearance in the World Cup, and they'll hope to be a bit more successful than they were in 2010. They will begin group play in June 17th against Belgium.
